I just got my new laptop today and tried to install itunes. Everytime i do install it it will come up to the install or dont install option box..i press install button and it says that itunessetup is not a vlaid windows file or something like that..how can i install itunes???

Hello,

I am currently looking into installing more RAM on my system. When I looked under system properties, I saw that there were two numbers for GHz. My question is what do these numbers mean?


Pentium 4 1.80 GHz
1.79 GHz, 384mg of RAM

I know what the initals stand for, i.e., GHz=gigahertz

384??? Is this all the memory I have?

I need to upgrade, but I want to be sure I don't waste my time buying something that won't be much of an improvement.

I have a dell pc that came with a ps2 keyboard, today I bought a usb one and I thought that just by restarting the computer it would work, but it didn't; so, I was wondering if someone out there has the knowledge of how to set up the bios to recognize the new one. Thanks.

I need to print flashcards for studying for Finals, but I don't have enough time to cut and paste, or write it out (I have over 200 questions), but I have a bunch of 3x5 and 4x6 note cards, is there I program I could use to print it out on them?

All I get is a message that "A network cable is unplugged" but its not, I have checked the cable with another PC, the port on the router, disabling / enabling the device, updating the driver, but nothing, I have also found an IP config command on the internet which says the port is working, and changed all the settings, if anyone can help It would be great, thanks

Ok heres the deal my dads computer has been acting wierd lately but today it totally crashed. he wont ask ?s cuz hes stubborn so i am. excuse my spelling & grammer. K well he thinks his hard drive is goin out could this cause all of what im bout to say? well he has mcaffe loaded on his computer and its been sayin parts are missing or damaged so he reloaded it but it wont load all the way then it freezes and he has 2 turn the computer off his self. Plus it says he aint got a internet connection which we kno he does cuz we have dsl & we have that idk what its called but he has the main 1 in his office & i have one just plugged into my computer & my internet works perfectly. O yeah & it keeps sayin script error whatever the heck that means. Hes pretty smart with computers i just think hes 2 stressed 2 think. I kno thats not a lot of info but if you have suggestions what it could be and how 2 fix it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks SO much!!!

I have an Asus laptop, about 2 and a half years old. It's is always plugged in so, even though i use the power cord, the battery is always fully charged. I booted up this afternoon and a few minutes later it froze completely so i had to do a hard shutdown. When i tried to boot it up again, the power light came on and the hard drive made its usual clicking sound it makes when its booting, but a couple seconds later everything shut off. A couple seconds after that the lights turned back on but the hard drive made no noise and the screen stayed black. I tried booting it a few more times and the same thing happens. Am i right to assume it's a hard drive problem since the power is fine?

Hey alright I have a Dell Deminsion it is extremely messed up. . I want to completely restore it to factory settings if possible. I would like to reset the computer back to the settings it came with? I just purchased a new PC and I want to set up print share. I clicked on share this printer. When I went to add a printer on the new computer, it doesn't recognize the printer. I typed in the name and \\. But still get an error message. "Wrong printer name or not connected to the server... Can anyone help me?

I am currently running an AMD socket 939 Athlon 64 3800 (1.8 Ghz) processor. I am wondering if it would be worth me spending the money to get a Dual core processor, such as the AMD Athlon X2 (somewhere around 2.2-2.4 Ghz). I use my computer for both gaming and other applications. I like to multitask and often have IE w/ 3-4 tabs, Itunes, and Word all open at the same time (or a similar combo). Will I get a significant performance upgrade by going dual core? Thanks.

I've tried almost everything, ive tried restarting, i've made sure my connections were secure and even reconnected my printer to another USB port. I have ink, i have paper. Now i can't even turn it on or off because when i press the button nothing happens! What can i do?! Also i've made sure it was online and it wasnt so i put it on online and then afterwards it turned to offline by itself.
