To locate the shift key on the keyboard look beneath the enter key or under where it says Caps Lock to the left of the keyboard, there you should see a key with an arrow pointing upwards this will be the shift key. good luck.

Normally it has `shift` on it..forgive me for being obvious...otherwise there`s one under the `caps lock` key and one under the `enter` key

well you made a capital W so doesn't that show you know where it is, unless you used cap locks for that one letter, then it's right under that key. Good Luck
