I went online and downloaded as I was told, then it found over 800 problems! They want me to pay for it...Is there really a free place?I could certainly use your advice! Thank you!

Are you sure you got Spybot S & D? I have it and they reccomend that you donate, but you don't have to pay anything... If Spybot doesn't work get Lavasoft AdAware...
