Does staring at a computer monitor ruin your eyes?

Hey there,

I hope not. :)

I do not think enough time or research has been done to say yes or no.

If it does, I am sure that I will be inline for Social Security soon as I stare at a computer screen for 14-18 hrs a day.

My eyes get very tired after a while. Nothing compared to my wrists. I have poor typing posture. :(
