I have a floppy disk with a game on it, not data, but no floppy drive, can i find someone who has both a D: and A: drive and burn the floppy onto a CD, jump drive, or something else, i don't want to buy the adaptor.

I'm trying to select RAM for a new design, and I'm not sure whether to select DDR or SDRAM. Which will be more plentiful and lower cost in the future? Which is lower power? Which uses fewer pins. etc. Both meet my speed requirements now.

I have an eMachines (D3315) computer that is currently at a lowly:
DDR-RAM 256MB (Max. 2GB)
I generally use my computer for downloading music, photos and internet use.
Here are my memory options:

1. 256MB $36.93
2. 512MB $64.19
3. 1GB $118.87

I really just want my computer to run faster when I'm on the net considering that I tend to have multiple internet explorer windows open while running instant messaging applications and downloading music at the same time.

So my question, which memory upgrade should I buy?

i have A webcam and i am trying to install it but it says i need to change sumthing
so wen i go on to control panal then display the settings
and i need to change the screen resolution but it doesnt wrk
it stuk on default monitor :s

i cant take it off

Our office HP printer occasionally prints a Blank page after a print job. Not all the time though. It is not the page separator under properties, it is unchecked. I dont know why it does it. Possibly the paper, I dont think so. Or maybe soemthing wrong with the printer? thank you

I recently bought a laptop. After turning it on for the first time it didn't take me long to find a defect: a single dead pixel. It's very small but noticeable. Since I didn't open the box until three weeks after I bought it, the store could not offer a replacement because it was outside of their 14-day window. They made a generous offer (which I accepted) to ship it back to the manufacturer at their expense. Should the manufacturer offer me a new laptop? (I have all receipts). Repairing a single pixel would probably cost them more than a whole new laptop.

Any thoughts anyone?

My PC restart by itself after it displays windows XP, i.e that's when you switch it on. it does not even go to the windows screen. I have been told by friends is something to do with the mother board but I'm not sure. Anyone has any ideas on how to resolve this?
