couor settings well im not sure?

i have A webcam and i am trying to install it but it says i need to change sumthing
so wen i go on to control panal then display the settings
and i need to change the screen resolution but it doesnt wrk
it stuk on default monitor :s

i cant take it off
ps resently had to reboot the hole computor

right click on a blank place on your desktop click properties and hit settings, plus you might want to do a spelling check on your questions before sending them
