I have run regedit and cleared filters, have disabled the internal drive and rebooted. Still no luck. Can anyone help?
Thanks in advance!

Vicky, make sure that it is showing in your BIOS, further when is the last time you did a BIOS update. If your computer is 'older' then you may need to do an update. You should be able to get one from your computers manufacture.
