A Disk is stuck in my DVD Drive in my INSPIRON 8600 Dell Laptop. I want to get my DVD Drive opened with out any damage. which is the most reliable place for service in Chennai or hyderabad or in Bangalore

you need to open a call with DELL at their website. if it is under warranty, just tell them your DVD drive is not working for some reason. they will send someone to get it repaired. when the engineer comes, he will open and remove the disc. Just do some acting in front of him and express ignorance as to how tht disc is inside !!! By the way, DELL support is online only. you cant carry it as there is no DELL service centre except in Bangalore.
