Would you know how to load a browser with a default site each time a user connects a memory stick to there PC?

I know what each of the terms mean but I haven't a clue how they are linked in the way you suggest.
Anything to do with scamming, spamming or phishing, by any chance?

I've had some success launching portable firefox on a usb flash drive; basically you need to create autorun.inf and launch.bat files. Here's a link to a Lifehacker article which will provide some pointers
