Computer Networking - June 2007

There is an option for Wireless Bridging. I am mainly wondering if I use another router set up as a bridge will I be able to use all 4 ethernet connections (x2, two routers in the setup) to access my internet connection. I would like to connect a desktop and my xbox to the "bridge mode" router. It looks like all I have to do is set up my second router as a bridge and enable bridge mode on the other. Is that correct? Also will my laptop still be able to access the non bridge router via built in wifi.

I'm trying to connect my nintendo ds, wii and sony psp to the net using wireless connected my virgin media cable broadband connection. I have no knowledge of wireless but i've been told this is suitable:

P.S. Wireless usb keys don't work with my pc because i use a bridge to connect to my internet (apparently... ?_?)

I have like 200 old screen names of friends, and they are t he ones that are never on.

is there a way i can tell of they are still using their screen name, or if i have old deleted SNs left on my buddy list for no reason?

I'm using a laptop and a cellphone to connect through the internet with GPRS. When I use USB cable, the connection is 100% stable and fast. But when I use the bluetooth to connect the cellphone to the laptop, the connection speed drops to 10-20% of its optimal speed. Besides, it's so unstable that there's no data transfer at all sometimes (a lot of times actually!).

Please advise me what's possibly wrong with the bluetooth connection.

I have bought a house that has some wiring already done for a network (CAT 5).
I am debating as I do renovations compelting the network to all the right locations using gigabit capable wiring, including replacing the CAtT 5. I am not sure I want to go through the trouble and expense when wireless is coming along so rapidly - however, when am I going to be redoing walls, floors and painting again? - thoughts?

I have a desktop and a laptop. I also have DSL with the modem and wireless router. I want to establish a network to share files between both and printer. Is it possible? I have tried the wireless network setup in control panel but it mentions a access point instead of the router. But I havent been able to succed. Please Help what do I need to do?
