i keep getting that warning every 5 min i think my comp. is infected by something what do i do.i have run a full system scan. i have AVG (viruse and antispywere), SPYBOT ,AND WINDOWS DEFFENDER. and it changes my homepage every time i rebot or shutdown and it also change some things on my comp. such as, took of my control panel and cant accsess system restore (normal and safe mode) says i cant because of admin. restricted but im working on a admin account. tell me how 2 get rid of this MONSTER!!!

Just wondering because all my videos turn out to be way too big. How do I get them onto a filesize of less than 10MB? I'm using a software screeen camera that records whatever is on the PC screen.

I recently purchased a gateway GT5464 and i bought a great lan and video card because I am an online gamer. The problem is that i still get severe cases of lag during the game and the fan in my CPU used to be silent before, and now its never silent. I want to know what will fix this problem, i've been suggested to get a bigger power supply and some more ram, but i want to know for sure before i purchase these if that will resolve my computer issues.

Today I purchased a netgear wireless router to connect my Dell computers Comcast internet to the 2002 ibook I was recently given. The ibook previously ran an Enternet 300 program for their internet.

First I loaded the program onto the Dell and I know have the router hooked up to the modem.

However when I tried to load the disc onto my ibook after chosing a language and picking set up it came up with a bulletin that said "an error ocurred while parsing the TML file" and it was headed as being an Internet Script error.

The specialist at the Radioshack I went to did not know how to solve the problem and I found it incredibly hard to work with customer support at NetGear.

I was hoping that somebody could bring to light what the problem is and how to fix it.

Okay so, I run Windows XP and I recently re-formated my computer. Before I did it, when I opened up my control panel or my pictures or my documents or something, the page would have a vertical taskbar thing on the left side about an inch or so wide, that I could use to create a new folder, or rename something or something. It was NOT the search tool, but looked similar to that. However, it's not there anymore and I've looked everywhere to try to get it back. Help?

I'm so new to the world of Internet, but not to the world of psychiatry! Yahoo! tells me I can be vulnerable and ask what to do about these invasive "registrycleanerxp.com" assaults, and some woman is accusing me of BLAMING my ISP & BROWSER! I'M blaming "registrycleanerxp.com!" for being a pain in my behind! I tried to send them e-mails, politely, to leave me alone, please. Uh... I did get a good answer about "messenger svce.!" Yes, that's on there, too! Let me figure that one out! Who do I "report" this to? I could recommend a therapist to the woman who misread my question and thought I was "blaming" ComCast or Opera, if she's interested as to why she jumps to the defense of profit-hungry corporations instead of inexperienced individuals -- then we are in a world where it is easier to get along with machines than people for some. I just purchased a Linksys WRT150N Wireless-N router and Linksys Wireless-N notebook card and still cannot get a good connection downstairs. I was wondering if there is any way to use my old Linksys WRK54G as a repeater or use it anyway to boost the signal to downstairs. Thanks!

I have bought a new motherboard and case, seperated, I built everthing right, except the Graphics card which sits perfectly in the motherboard, but doesn't run. here are the things I've installed in the motherboard.
1GB RAM
Core 2 Duo and its fan
GeForce Graphics card
Power supply which have two sockets, one for itself's power and one for the monitor (Which I don't need) Monitor is already plugged into a socket.
there is power to the monitor, the PC starts, but the black background with the white writings on the monitor doesn't come up.
Hard Disk And DVD Drive haven't been installed yet, they're not important to start up the monitor.
Please tell me anything you know. Thanks

what would you say is the better processor a Pentium D single core w/ Hyper Threading @ 3.2Ghz or a Pentium D dual core @ 3.2 Ghz? And would a core 2 duo with less Ghz's still be better in terms of speed.

The google ads for your site? Dno if there adwords or adsense, well u kno wat i mean.

What are high paid ones, as i'd like to optimize my site to get google to put high paid ones on my site, like loans etc..

But i'd like to know a few really highly paid ones, so each time someone clicks i get an amount/%.

I dont want to know the fact that my website might not get high ones dependin on how gd it is or the fact that not that many people will go to it. I'd jus like to know some fairly highly paid pay-per clicks to give me an idea.
