On the microsoft website, I can only get a trial version for 60 days or pay $149-400 for the download. Are there any older versions that are free to download?

What is the best way to output from visual basic a document (with graphics) that you may post on a wall. VB doesn't have to actually print the file, the file is a menu and the meals for the days of the week are stored as string variables.

Is there a program to read the raw RTF formatting of a document? The rtf spec. is quite long and I don't really wish to read it.

ran hardware test.....all seems fine......changed ram to 512mb from 256mb...still no use.....will rebooting with cd rom drivers etc help..?

As it says in the book, I opened Microsoft Word, I pressed "Save As", I wrote "editing.html" (betwwen "), I started writhing the code and I viewed it as a web page in a separate icon. So far, so good.
But I turned off the computer and when I started it, in my editing.html, after choosing 'edit with Microsoft Word', I could only see the 'result', the bold, italic text. Not the tags!!!!
Please help, I want to see the programme I worked on!
I don't know what I did wrong!

I've been told a certain Samsung is the one to go for in my quest for a widescreen monitor.

The contrast ratio is speced at 1000:1(DC 3000:1). Most other models just say 1000:1.

So Id like to know about the DC figure. What is it and do I need it?

I have got 2 stereo speakers that i want to hook up to my new PC instead of buying some new speakers. I dont want to connect it via an amp, just connect the speakers directly to the PC via an adapter etc. They normally take the bare wire/zip cord connections to connect to the amp but i dont want it hooked up to the stereo system in my room, but use them instead of the normal PC speakers you can buy. How would i go about doing this?

I recently got a Viewsonic VA703b Antiglare LCD monitor in march, and about a month after I got it I started noticing that it was fuzzy. It's not that noticeable unless I'm viewing anything dark. I've tried tweaking the monitor settings, checking to make sure everything was plugged in right, trying it on a different (and better) computer, and pretty much everything else except changing the cord that hooks up through the monitor and computer. Could it possibly be a faulty monitor cord, or is it a defective monitor (or does this normally happen in LCD Monitors after a while)

I need to insert a logo in the top right hand corner of an HTML document. I think I have done it OK in the html sytax but, as I am quite new to this, I am unsure how I define it in the CSS. I just want it in the right hand corner above the title (which is left-aligned). WHen I check the html page the box for the logo with the red cross in the corner appears for about 1 second and then disapperas again. Can anyone help me?

okay this is really bugging me. I created my free account on there and i couldnt do anyhting but flirt and send ecards...i couldnt msg or anything unless i was premium...i couldnt IM or even look at a msg someone wrote. Now every other few days i can do absolutely everything i want to on it and im not even premuim...then after a few days i cant do anything all over again and it goes back and forth...what is going on?
