All of a sudden they seem to be slow with putting up movies, such as Transformers...I noticed that TV-Links is beginning to put up some sucky movies from about 1980. Has anyone else noticed this?

I have a website with a link to a custom made MSN buddy icon. I want to know what the link to automatically use it as your icon is. I know the AIM link is this:

OKay we have a Hp desktop computer and its a xp and its about 6-7 years old. And its a piece od junk now! It is slow and has tons of junk on it. But I have a question...if we were to buy Windows Vista Basic and delete everything off of this computer and install windows Vista, then would it be like new again?

I am not a computer wiz so I dont know alot, but could we do that? And just get all this stuff off of here and start over.


Any suggestions and comments would be nice!

i was having jdk 1.3 for practicing my java programs.
i want to install jdk 1.5 insted of 1.3.
i am having the setup file jdk-1_5_0_06-windows-i586-p
(is it a proper application which )
(for jdk 1.3 i use c:/jdk1.3/bin; in environmental variable in path setting)
(will the setting be same for this by replacing 1.5 insted of 1.3)

Yesterday, I was trying to get my torrents to go faster, and all of the websites that i came across said to do something with your router. So I went to 192.168.1.1 and entered my login info, then i went to port forwarding/triggering in the source column on the left, and i added my ip address. After i did that, my internet on that computer (wireless) stopped working. So now, I'm on my dad's computer, which is wireless as well, and I went to 192.168.1.1 and went to port forwarding on the left, selected my computer, and pressed Delete Service. Afterwards, I tried to use the internet on that computer again, and it still didn't work. It say's it's connected to Netgear, but the internet still isn't working. Any help?

-For the service Name, it was already set to AIM so i just kept it as that, put my IP in, then pressed add.

I have made a website, I have 15 inches screen and it appears fine, i dont know how it will apear in 14 inches and other screens. is there any setting or resolution in my computer to check this or I have to find computers with different screen size to check this ?

I have MTNL broadband.The problem is i cannot open some sites.It is not speed problem as i can open other sites at same time listen music online download and watch videos online.At same time i am doing these things these sites do not open.These are secured sited like yahoo mail,GMAIL,ICICIBANK.CITIBANK.

I have three computers one mine one my sister and other is used by my father.All of them have same problems.

I call MTNL several time but they are not helpful.
I have no other service provider in my area so i am stuck with it.
What to do??

I have IBM Thinkcentre desktop. Last month the original power supply got fried, the original IBM power supply was out of stock so I had to install a new unbranded power supply immediately. Till now my computer is working okay with this supply.

Do you guys think I should replace the unbranded power supply with IBM original power supply now, although this would be expensive affair. But I want to make sure that it may not harm my computer in long run. Please suggest ?

Before answering please keep in mind that the unbranded power supply installed on my pc is not that cheap in quality, its the best available supply in unbranded market & is coming with 1 year warranty !
Secondly I have been using it from last 1 month, 10 hours a day.

Recently I realize I need to be 100% sure that a specific point in world UCS is related to a named point on the world map...
