How do I write my own color scheme for Windows XP?

Question

I do not want to download any color scheme off of internet, I want to write my own.

How do I start?

Just give me all of the details and I'll be happy, thanks!

Right-click a blank spot on the desktop and select properties from the menu.

Click the Appearance tab and switch the select the Windows and buttons dropbox to Windows Classic style then click the Advanced button.

Here you can set colors, font styles, sizes etc.

Click OK when done then switch to the Themes tab and click the Save As button. Name the look and save it.

Unfortunately I don't think that you can do the same with the rounded XP or Media Center styles.
