I checked today my temps and saw this:

Is that really bad or?

Nope that is good. running warm will be about 55C+

You are running a 3.2 gig.
You seem to be running just a tad warm, not hot.
This is no reason for alarm. The PC is nowhere near thermal shutdown.
It appears that your board has accomodations for another fan.
Maybe that might take that heated edge off,
install another fan.
Pay attention to the directions of the already installed fans. If they are pointing out, point this one in. If they point in, point the new one out.
Try to condense and hide wiring to maximize air flow.

You just need a little cooling.
If this doesn't do the trick, buy a larger cooler.

Those numbers are fine. Your system is no where near to hot. You can always go to the home page of the company that made your CPU and check the stats on your chip. It will give you the optimum parameters for your particular processor.

It is not really bad.

That reading shouldn't be that high. I think its just gonna be your screen. Its gonna blow up
