Well,
It seems your system may contain Trojan horse BackDoor.Afcore.BB.

First, this trojan is in many shapes. The file you have is one of them. These files always have C:\WINDOWS\system32\???????.dll.

The ???????.dll is random and generated dynamically once you switch on your system.

You need to check this out to remove this trojan:

I don't find fugvfbl.dll as a topic anywhere on the net. Keep it for now, since it may be the dll driving something sensitive on your computer.
