I'm talking about that plate thing behind the back seat with two cables going from it to the hatchback door, that rises up to allow better trunk access when you open the hatchback.

Why did this happen? Is there something I didnt do? I've always taken it in for regular checks and fill ups. Did I just get a lemon or is Chrysler that crappy? I've owned the car since 30,000 miles.

( 1991 Honda Civic Hatchback DX )
New Radiator, spark plugs and spark plug wires, and a new thermostat, distributor cap. and a brand new rebuilt engine.
There is always plenty of coolant in the radiator and in the radiator overflow. and it only overheats when i've been driving for 30 minutes or so.

So far as I know, both reservoirs are filled with brake fluid. But are these just two separate hydraulic systems or are they connected in some way?

I own a 1996 Ford Mustang and when I turn on the Air Conditioner on the upper part of the car, or on cycle it doesn't work through the vents that hit you in the face/chest area. However the vents do work on the windshield and the side windows. Sometimes at random they will kick in and I can get some cold air onto my face and chest area. What is the problem and how do I fix it?

We have a 2005 Itasca Spirit that has two deep cycle batteries that don't seem to hold a charge. I have read somewhere that a deep cycle battery should last 1 day for every cycle and our batteries will not go a full 8 hours without having to be recharged with the generator. When we run them overnight the only thing drawing power off them is the refrigerator. It appears that the battery is sealed, so no water can be added to it. Since we bought the coach new and have always had this problem with the battery I tend to think that before we bought it the battery was allowed to fully discharge too often and then was not recharged properly, and of course the manufacturer's warranty does not cover batteries!
I am curious how long other RVers dry camp using only their batteries or if you need to recharge with the generator on a daily basis? Am I expecting more than is realistic with this type of setup? What can I do differently with the new batteries we are going to purchase? Thanks!

When her 2005 Lincoln Aviator Downshifts it makes a loud "thump" sound. and you can feel it shift pretty hard. it is very noticeable. any suggestions of what it might be would be greatly appreciated. the dealer is just shrugging it off and i want to be able to go with her and be specific with them so they have no reason not to check.

I rebuilt my 4 barrel carburetor on my '75 Ford pickup 390 engine. It ran good for about 1 day then I noticed the fuel pump was leaking so I replaced it. When I started it, it ran for 5 minutes real good then the RPM dropped and ran rough for 10 seconds then it increased for about 10 seconds then decreased and keeps this up continually. I checked the finger screen at the inlet of the carburetor and it was clean, no debris from fuel pump diaphragm like I thought there may be.

Not sure what's causing this fluctuation. It worked OK after I rebuilt the carburetor and prior to changing the fuel pump. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have a 2002 Honda Civic that has a 12-Volt power outlet to plug in things such as my radar detector. I've used the same radar detector in my Civic for years without any problems. Recently, after using my radar detector, my fuse would burn out after using the outlet with the detector plugged in. It happens every time. I've already changed the fuse three times! And it's the correct amps too! Does anyone have any idea what's going on? Does my car have a more serious electrical problem I should know about? Any suggestions would be great.
