Can any one tell me if napa or auto zone have a way to test fuel injectors

No, but they may sell an injector tester that test the electrical and pressure holding capabilities of the injector. Each injector is checked individually with a fuel pressure gauge installed on the fuel rail and the injector is checked for leaking and the amount of fuel presure drop after it has been fired several times by the tester.

no they cant check them,but if your check engine light is on they can check that and it may say a misfire in certain cylinder and that could help you pin point what injector isnt firing...also if you can use an volt /olhmmeter to do your own test...
