The positive cables attached to my car battery corrode so fast I have to clean them at least once a month. Does this mean the battery is bad?

I have a 2000 automatic mazda miata and i wanna get a manual transmission put in and I got a few questions. What would I need (parts, tools, etc.)? whats the difference between the 4-5-6 spd transmission? Whats the avg cost for a conversion like this? Would i be able to do this in my garage or would i have to take it to a mechanic shop? how long would it take (in garage and at the mechanics)? feel free to add any other info you think would be helpful! thanx

Car is stalling. Changed the DPFE sensor and cleared code. Car still stalls and same code has reappeared. Any hints would be appreciated. If the EGR valve or tube is contaminated with carbon, would this cause the car to stall?

I OWN A 1990 PONTIAC FIREBIRD, 3.1L V6, AND THE CAR STARTS FINE, BUT ONCE I GIVE IT GAS, THE ENGINE SHUTS OFF. I REPLACED
FUEL FILTER
FUEL PUMP
TRANSMISSION
AND EXHAUST SYSTEM

the vehical will not start on cold mornings, the car has full power but when key is turned to start is there is nothing, no clicking or attempt to crank. After a few hours car will start on first try and continue to srart the remainder of the day. Any ideas?

I have a 89 Ford E150 5.0L fuel injected van with dual gas tanks
that has sat for 5 years.
It now has a no-start condition.
Fuel pumps are working, has compression and spark.
And, the injectors seem to be passing gas.
It has to be bad gas.
I want to empty the gas tank of all this old gas,
without having to drop the tanks.

I want to jumper the fuel pump relay
so that the fuel pump will run continuously without cranking the engine.
That way I can disconnect the fuel line and
pump the tank into buckets.

My question is ,
How do I jumper the relay?
Where is the relay and what does it look like?
What points get jumped to each other?

Had the battery tested, its good, the alternator is good, checked all fuses, relays, and switches and cannot seem to find a problem. If I leave the car sitting more than 24 hours without starting it, the battery will be dead, if I disconnect the battery, and let it sit for the same amount of time or even longer, when I hook up the battery it starts up just fine. BTW this is a 2004 Nissan Sentra 1.8L. Also, I make sure that all interior lights are off, radios off, basically turn everything off that I can in the car, even resorted to taking out light bulbs, but the problem still resurfaces.

We bought an 06 Charger and had a sunroof installed. They said that the headliner is the original, that they had cut a hole and streched the original fabric around and that it is hanging (meaning not closely stuck to the top of the car) because they can only do the tight seal from the factory. Well, they puntured the liner close to the driver visor and we want them to replace it, but I don't want my headliner hanging down there as well. Does anyone know if this is true or can it be replaced to look like new again?

I have a relatively new computer (not even 2 years old) and usually when i start it up it has first always made a louder humming sound, then yesterday I turned it on and that humming noise didn't go away, I tried starting and restarting it multiple times, moving it off the desk (maybe it was vibrating the desk) to the floor, I left it off all night, turned it on this morning and still same noise going on, I opened up the side panel check out the fans inside, it doesn't sound like it is coming from the fans but from the processor or mother board. It basically is the sound the computer makes when it first loads up and it just won't stop, My computer is working fine though. And this noise is driving me insane... Any info would be great.. thanks..
