Is there a freon cooling system which can cool the hydraulic oil more effective than fan cooling system or water cooling system.
My concept is as foolows,
(1) Use a compressor and fron (similar to the air conditionor)
(2) Let hydraulic oil and freon go into one container, which has separate pipes inside for oil and freon separately. This will prevent oil and freon from mixing together.

I think this will be more efficient than water and air and will not take too much space. If there is some equipment like what I need, it will help a lot, because our machine are used in Saudi Arabia and the temparature there is very high. Hence the air and water cooling system is not enough.

Any information will help a lot. Thanks!!

my speedometer and gas gauge are all out of whack since I turned off and on my lamp light indicator. (My dashboard light indicator said "lamp off" when my headlights were on and working.) I flicked the lights off and on thinking maybe that would shut the light indicator off since they were working just fine, but it was dark and that light was annoying staying on inside the car while I'm driving.

Right after that, my oil light came on, my speedometer registered 25 miles faster than what I was going and my gas gauge said I had 57 gallons of gas when my car only holds 20! (and I know it had only 7 gallons in there before it went crazy)

I put in oil, now there's too much. Can too much oil and turning off and on headlights make the gauges malfunction?

Can anyone tell me where the wire may be to check if it's just a loose wire?

I have a 1988 Mercury Ford Cougar.

Thank you for your time and help if you can help with an answer. :)

Every time I turn on my car's air contioning, it produces a weird smell. It is not horrible but not pleasant. And it only last for a couple of minutes, then the air comes out fresh. Does this mean i have clean something in the vents or the air conditoning?

Does anyone know of a place that can fix the dash lights on my speedo and rev counter needles on my LS400. I know it's a common fault on these, and I'm worried that the full lot will go soon...

Don't say Lexus dealer, as they'll charge me a f***ing fortune.

The nearest place I've found is in Nottinghamshire, so if you know one in the North East of England, I would be most appreciative!

And how much do brake pads cost these days?

I appreciate any advice. Good day everyone.

mine were at 1.28 and 1.234. Cole Muffler and Brake said 1.224 is the lowest they're allowed to turn them down to. and if they put the rotors on the machine it would be difficult to turn such a small amount off and still have 1.224 left. So I paid $304 incuding tax for new rotors, ceramic brake pads, labor and including incidentals worth about $16.

They told me that original factory equipment (rotors) are inferior to the aftermarket rotors they put on the car. the new pads are lifetime warranteed but that's small consolation if I'm going to have to replace rotors regularly.

1. How many turnings should I be able to expect before replacing the rotors?

2. Shoud they be turned every time i replace the pads?

3. Are Ceramic pads the best for my car, or is something better?

I checked the fuse and it was not the fuse. Then I noticed it came on real quick for like a second or two when I tested it two different times in the past two days, what could it be?

I did not think it would/could be the actual bulbs because I wouldn't think they'd all go out at once. So I did not check the bulbs themselves. But when I have the signal rod-switch in the position where the signals should be on, neither the right or left signals works.

Okay here is my car's problem:It often doesn't start unless I push in the gas(no biggie) but it will die unless it warms up for awhile (not too bad a prob) but here's the REAL problem it sometimes does not want to accelerate I mean it takes a long while to get up to 30mph & I have to pump the peddle to get it to do that or it will(may-has b4) die on me. Usually it is fine after my speed is up. Then sometimes when I have to stop at a light & try to take off it starts with the acceleration problem again. Sometimes after having stops though it takes off fine. I know it isn't fuel injection because it doesn't have that. I know it isn't air filter or spark plug either (new). I doubt this would be connected at all anyways but the car has a new starter, alternator & battery too. I remember similar issues YEARS back & it was the Oxygen sensor-someone told me that it can't be that. I dunno. Please let me know what you think is wrong with my car!!! PLEASE help me!!! Thanks.

My 96 Buick Skylark has many electrical failures, including the radio, clock, interior lighting, automatic door unlock, and the rear defroster. I've checked the battery, alternator, relays, and the fuses: all work perfectly fine and are in good condition. What could be the problem?

(81 Honda Civic 1500,carberated,electric fuel pump near the tank.new timing belt)
my car has been stalling every few miles and I would let it set for a few minutes and it starts, today it stalled out again but did not start back up for about 3 or four hours and when I finally got it started it sounded like backfiring but wasnt as loud and I couldn't give it gas,it was sputtering the whole way home. When I let the car idle it was ok .
