I went on vacation for a week and when I got back I went to use my car the next day with no results. My car has a sunroof problem (before my time) and it leaks one way or another. I have tried to take the car in to get the sunroof fixed however no one will fix it. It drops down when closing so there isn't a seal.

Now here is the problem; My car had water in the back feet areas. Not just a little bit, but ALOT! I got some towels to soak it up and still didn't get it all soaked up. Had to get more towels, and figured I should take out back seat and see what is going on there.

I had found water under there that needed to be soaked up. Now the real issue!

My car won't even turn over! The electrical isn't working. Car not locked when I returned (I took keys with me). I have many towels on the floor board in back trying to soak up all the water.

Does anyone have advice on how to get this to turn over and start. I even need to get the elctrical working again. OLDS IntrigueHELP

I have a 1992 Chevy Lumina APV. My radiator was leaking, so I put in a bottle of stop leak, and filled up the radiator with water. I ran the engine for under 10 minutes, when the mixture resumed leaking from the right side of the radiator. I tried backing up, only to find I now have no reverse gear and when I put my car in neutral it goes forward! However, it still works in drive. Are these two problems related, or is it just a coincidence?

I recently bought a 2004 Audi A4. After I back out of the drive way I put the automatic transmission in drive, After driving a few feet I hear a brief quiet sound (almost like a grinding noise) and feel a gentle quiet vibration at the same time. This will also occur if I pull forward out of a parking space, but not when I start going at a green light. Is this normal or is there something wrong?

I have a 1994 Buick Regal Gran Sport, and it sometimes don't start. When I put the key in the ignition.. I can hear my ignition trying to start the car.. but none of the motor components move. For the last two days my car hasn't started. I went to get the battery tested, and while doing so.. they tested the starter and altenator. Is it possible for the starter to test good and yet stick?

Hi i have a kawasaki GT550 1992 which has developed an oil leak on the base gasket which i would like to cure.
The proper way to do it would be to take apart the top end of the ngine and replace all the gaskets and rebuild it. BUt it will cost me £56 in gaskets!!.
So i was wandering if anyone knows of an engine additive that will sealer minor oil leaks, or some old-timer tip that will cure the leak simply.??????

It runs pretty great, has like 127,000 mi. I've had it ten years, and have never neglected any problems that arose. Changed oil, filters etc. religiously. But I'm starting to get nervous as its my only vehicle, I've deliberately quit a stressful corporate job and now making very little $$. In my current job I'm having to put a lot of stop and go miles on it, which distresses me.
This truck is a longbed, I use it to haul mulch, dogfood and the like, (not that often) but I wish it were a little smaller. Don't think I could afford any monthly payment on a new car. I feel loyalty to this Silverado. WHAT WOULD YOU DO?? Sorry for the lengthy question on what seems like a trivial matter....

Intermittent no start for the last 21/2 years. The engine doesn't turn over and all i get is a click or a delay of 1 to 2 seconds before it will turn over when key in start.i had a coolant leak that was spraying over - and + battery cables.I have a man. trans and the last time i brought it in i wrote up a list for them to check which includes: 1) Check for broken, loose or disconnected wires in the starting circuit. Inspect all wires and connectors at the battery, starter solenoid and igition switch (on the steering column) 2) Bad starter solenoid 3) Bad starter motor 4) Bad ignition switch 5) Starter motor jammed in flywheel ring gear(inspect pinion and flywheel). They replaced the remanufactured starter with another and i still get the intermittent no start.I went to a junk yard and found a newer interlock relay and replaced it only to find it wasn't a bad relay. What should i do different this time when i bring it in to them? They are ASE and have trusted them for 15 yrs bring it
