Any auto parts store will have (or can get) a transmission filter for you. They should run anywhere from $12 to $20 or so!

Avoid the dealerships they always overcharge. I recommend Auto Zone, Advanced Autoparts, and Napa

The transmission filters are generally not replaceable, you just clean them. It depends on your car though, some newer cars are coming out with replaceable filters.
