the e-brake doesnt release and I am looking for some instructions and posibly a diagram on what makes it work, also how does one disassemble and reassemble it to fix this problem. Any Ideas??? Help me, I can release it by forcin e-brake pedal up and holding e-brake release at the same time, so obvious its a problem with the release.

Sounds like the cable is beginning to seize. They are a pain to replace on your vehicle. Unless you are mechanically inclined leave this to a mechanic.

Common Ford failure. There is a little spring on the ratchet assembly that breaks. If you go to FORD and ask for the spring for the parking brake ratchet assembly, they will probably have to order it (takes about 3 days) and they can also show the illustration to you.
