Try 409 And A Scouring Pad. Works For Me. Mist On The 409 So It Can Sit On The Sap For A Moment Before ScourIng It In. Then Wipe Dry With Lint Free Cloth.

There is a product called Zero that gets tree sap out of things, but I don't know if it will ruin your windshield somehow. You should read the label to see what it's safe for.

Bon ami abrasive cleanser.

GMC makes a product that costs more, but it's just bon ami in a different container.

The guy above is right, though, get the big stuff off with a razor blade before you spend all night using elbow grease and soap.

It's good to go for a thorough car grooming service. They will apply a layer of Sealant and when there is tree sap on the car, it's very easy to clean off using just water and a piece of tissue.

use a new razor blade on it,,and then rinse it off and clean it with window cleaner,, i have to do this once in a while, because i park under trees also,,but this will get it off,,and wont hurt the glass either,,good luck with it.
