the fuel filter on the rams isnt replaceable. it only gets replaced if or when you have to replace the fuel pump assembly. thats PER dodge, its meant to last the lifetime of the truck. how thats possible i dont know since any other vehicle has it as a maintenance item.

My guess is inside the fuel tank. You will have to take the fuel tank off the truck. Please make sure the tank is empty. There is a area on top of the tank the you need to open and the filter should be on the insude.

It's on the top of the fuel tank. There is a nice diagram in the Haynes manual and directions showing how to remove it. You have to remove the fuel tank first.
