this car will kill when you come to a stop, it is using quite a bit of fuel also. have been told to change ignition parts , ign mod, coils, ect.

prior to this the fuel filter got changed and it ran good for about 15 miles, then stalled while driving about 45-55 mph in the rain.

has anyone else had this problem and did you find the problem.

I have a Honda Civic 1998 and whenever I step on the brake it starts shaking and the rear side of the passenger's side starts making noise. What could be the problem?

The car got some water in it doing Hurricane Katrina. I vacumed the water out and cleaned the car but some mold still grew on the seats. I got that cleaned up and the car looks good but the musty smell is still there. I have tried Febreeze, air freshners, letting the car air out, new floor mats, baking soda and nothing seems to work. ANYONE HAVE THIS PROBLEM BEFORE AND KNOW A SUREFIRE WAY TO GET RID OF IT ?

I have a 96 GMC Suburban w/ a 4L60E transmission. When I bought the truck the transmission case was broken. I replaced the case and have been driving it under normal driving conditions for less than 1000 miles since replaced. I noticed shifting problems today and looked under the vehicle and the new case is now broken. Any one heard of this? Motor mounts seem to be good so its not the engine torquing the trans. What else might cause a trans case to break open under normal driving conditions?

I have an oportunity to buy a second hand Ford Icon 12 km run car 2001 model costing 3.75 lakhs indian rupees, and maruthi suzuki swift VXi second hand 4.1 lakhs 10,000 Km run car with leather interiors 2005 model, If u are in my situation which one would u go for ?
