My back door wont open i think its jamed do i have to take it to the shop and is it simple and can do it myself???

depending on what type of lock mechinism, you may just need to spray it with rusty sprat (wd 20)

I would take it to a body shop. A local automotive garage arent experts on things asa adoor mechanism. Sounds like the door latch is broken. Had this on my Corvette, i was lucky enough to work it open, remove the door panel and replace the latch from there.

Try wd-40 first. Spray it on the keyhole, door handle and in the window gap.

To avoid any harm to the line and paint of the car, Please don't try it. Take it to a reputed mechanic. He'll do it for you....
