when you get to the stores they don't have your part, and they try to get you to buy something else, gas is to exspensive for that.

I heard that when it's refueling, whatever was settled on the bottom gets shaken up and can end up in your gas tank. Any truth to that?

I can not find the information on the car for the correct tire size. It is an All Wheel Drive and it came with 2 different kinds of tires and not good ones.

My car needs a transmission flush and I think a break flush. Now my bf says that I don't need those because if something was wrong with my transmission it would be something internal that a flush wouldn't fix. So do cars really need this flush that I was told about. My bf thinks these people are trying to rip me off. The guy at the car place showed me the fluid in my car which was very dark and dirty. But since I don't know anything about cars I don't know what to do. I don't want my car to break down but then I don't want to pay people that are trying to rip me off. So what do you think? The flushes I need aren't that much only about $29.99. I also was told that I need power steering fluid. Can someone please explain this?

I just bought this Explorer with 4 wheel disc brakes and Im curious to know how difficult it is to pull the brake calipers off to replace the pads and rotors. It dosent need it just yet, but they will need to be replaced eventually.

Some step by step instructions would be nice as well as the tools necessary to do the job.

I did the brakes on my old truck which was a 96 Blazer, and those were extremely easy.

I have an older car, and someone hit my bumper pretty hard. I just painted and sanded it with acrylic model paint, 99 cents, and sprayed over it with Rustoleum Clear Enamel. I didn't spend much time trying to blend it in, but from ten feet away it looks good enough. Why can't professional body shops paint a bumper?

New battery. The first time, the engine turns over slowly. I hear the engine is not runing smoothly, then dies. In rainly day, I have to start three time to get it started. If the engine is warm, it starts just fine.

How could i know if my fuel pump is damage and how can i reach it from the trunk i removed every carpen in the car is seems nothing under the seats and i have another problem with the fuel meter in the car it go to the full and when is try to start the car it changes i tried alomst every thing to make the car works and i did by adding fuel to the motor directly the car works for few seconds that show that there is a fuel problem please help me and sorry for my bad english
