Why R there space cadets@ best buy? they do not know how to install alarms(i had 2 go somewhere else 2 fix it)

the light for the trunk goes on when my door is left ajar and my door locks would not lock....(riverside best buy)

Ahh, be nice. The kid was selling ink cartriges last week. They probably gave him a 20 minute class on the diff between ac/dc and why it's bad to hook negative leads to positive power terminals. :-D
