I have a 96 Mazda 626 ES with a V6. I need an ignition distributor but I know almost nothing about cars.
Why are there more than one whenever i look the part up on the internet?
The prices range from 170 to almost 400.00.
I thought that there was only one engine type made for my version of the Mazda 626 so why is there more than one distributor? Is it a size thing or just name brand difference.

Everytime I turn on the AC or just the fan a bad smell comes out of the vents, kind of like mildew mixed with dog poo. Does anyone know why? I changed my air filter not long ago.

I just fixed my temperature gauge, i have a 1999 Pontiac Grand Am GT and the needle stays anywhere between 205-220. Is that ok? If not what might be wrong with it.

Is there a bleeder valve to release the air from the lines. It will not start, it sounds like it is not getting fuel up to the injecters.

My 1994 Buick has a "chip" on the key that "talks" to the car's computer. On occasion the car will not start (like has no power although battery is new with full charge) and the alarm gets "stuck" (horns blaring, lights flashing) and won't allow engine to start. Is there anyway that I can disengage the security system from this vehicle?

I am looking to put stop leak into my jetta, and can sort of see the radiator, but am unable to find the radiator cap. It seems as though I am going to have to take off the whole front of the car to get to it...is this true? Please help - I am having no luck on online forums!

ok so im looking at picking up a 98 integra that has a Jackson Racing supercharger. it has a vacuum leak though cause when i start it it races up to 3k rpm and drops and so on. i know the leak it between the supercharger and the intake, but its going to be a pain to get to. what can i expect to pay for it to be fixed and should i bring it to an Acure/Honda dealership?

I accidentally rear ended someone but there was no damage to their car, they said it was up to me if I wanted to go through insurance or not, as their car needs no repairs, and I have all their information. It will cost $1,700 to fix the car myself. If I go through insurance I have only a $500 deductable to pay, but my rates will go up. Up until now I have only been in two accidents where I have been found at fault (including this one.) What should I do?

I have a 2000 Jeep Cherokee w/ a 6cyl automatic. When I first start the car and turn on the AC it blows cold air. After a few minutes of running it turns hot. Any suggestions on what the problem could be? Thanks!
