There's no bleeder. 2000 should have an electric fuel pump. When you turn the key on to start it, you might hear the pump running for a short time (then it'll stop.). There is a Schrader valve (think of the valve stem on your tires...now make it bigger.) on the fuel injection rail. When the fuel pump kicks on and off, GENTLY push the inside of the Schrader valve (the stem). Fuel should come out pretty fast. If it doesn't, your fuel pump isn't working.
Did you make sure the fuel filter was pointing the right way? There should be an arrow indicating flow on it somewhere...

Here is the correct answer. You likely put the filter on backwards.Turn it around so the arrow indicating the flow is pointing towards the engine. Disconnect the fuel line going to the injector assembly (metal line) and crank. When you see fuel coming out, it's bled. Stop cranking immediately, reconnect the line, dry up any spilled fuel and then the engine should start ok.
Hope this helped.

No bleeder valve needed. Does the fuel pump work? Are you sure that wasn't the problem to begin with.

Look in the trunk for a fuel shut off switch. Sometime there will be one incase the car starts on fire and maybe somehow it got pushed. Pump the gas pedal and then hold it down while you turn the engine over. You should be able to flood it out and then you will know for sure if it is getting fuel or not.

It sounds as although you're operating out of gasoline. After it runs out of gasoline and sits for some momments, the gasoline seeps by and starts off again. those fashions have an electric powered gasoline pump it really is submerged in the gasoline tank. there's a sack form exhibit on the choicest below the pump to save sediment out. now and again it really is going to develop into clogged or pinched.

no you need to bleed it manually. is the pump electric or mechanical if its ele. you need to bleed it with the pump running. and for the mechanical one pump the gas.. but do you have the correct filter on is the pumps pressure correct have the pump checkt.it can just have been you pump all the time and not the filter.
