Thanks for looking. I was about to take off and go run some errands. I then noticed a noise coming from my front driver wheel. I decided to turn back home, and after 1/2 a mile I was home, and was about to turn to park when my front driver wheel rolls of my car. My car just dropped to its disc, and I probably kept going for about 4-5 feet. There is at least a couple grand in body damage that I can see. Will my auto insurance cover this even though Im the one who last changed the tires on my car? Can there be damages I cant see if it fell on the disc? Thank you

i JUST bought a car. i received the title in the mail assuming it was my copy but i got a call from the car loan company telling me they mistakenly applied for the title in my name rather than their name. so the car's title is officially made out to me. they want me to bring the title by the office so they can fix the problem......
i have five years to pay on this car....
am i a bad person just for thinking of being evil.....?

What should I say to the adjuster? The other driver now claims that he never hit my car and that the damage on my car was "already there." My car sustained $575 damage. His sustained none. Should I tell the adjuster that I am prepared to take the other driver to small claims court?

I have a car that I've been keeping in storage for someone. I've lost contact with the owner of the vehicle and I have no paper work for it at all (Title, Registration, Etc.). It's a really nice car and I was wondering if there is any way that I can get a title so I can register it?

I purchased a car a couple days ago from a private seller. I financed the car through Chase Bank. After all the papers were signed they told me that they would mail me my plates in 2-4 weeks, and when I asked for a temporary plate they said they don't do that. Is this normal?

The girl I bought the car from wants me to mail back her plates, but I don't think I can have the car parked on the street without plates.

I live in Illinois and by law I have 20 days to submit the info to register the car, however it is illegal for me to drive it until I do so. Thoughts?

I have my auto insurance with full coverage and I am driving past 3 years. My wife received her drivers license (her first new DL) just 3 weeks back and I have not yet added her to the policy. On my policy document her name is mentioned as "Not rated driver". Yesterday she was driving and I was along with her and she hit a car. It was not a major accident and only the front bumper got damaged and no body injured. It was our fault. Will my liability/collision coverage will cover the claims for me and the car we hit?

This is a car accident. My husband was doing his friend's favior, he drove the car back to his friend' house. On the way he stepped on the wrong botton then he crushed onto a car which was parking in front of him, the right side of the driver side. The door on the driver's right side was damaged. The driver asked my husband if he was ok, then he called the police and ambulance. He was helped into the ambulance later. But there was nothing about blood. (I hope and pray he is fine.) Now my questions are, is the car owner's insurance going to cover the loss of this accident or my husband's car insurance? Or both insurance companies have no liabilities? Will my husband be responsible for the loss of that driver ? Thank you very much.

My car was stolen, and driven to excess, in that there is now a knocking sound coming from the engine, that wasn't occuring before. I think it has been rallied about at excessive speeds.

The car does not look badly damaged - needs a new passenger door due to the way they broke in, and ignition wires have been pulled out.

I put it through an M.O.T less than 1 month ago, costing me £160, and I also have an excess of £150 to pay in order to claim my insurance. Currently, there is a bill of £150 increasing by £20 per day as it is in storage at a recovery garage. The car is only worth around £500, but my main concern is the damage that may be unable to detect i.e. the damage done to the engine.

Is it likely that my insurance co will write the car off? I am wary, that they will want to repair it, and it costs me £150, when the engine might seize a week later due to the way it was driven?

Any advice?

Hi
I just bought a 1998 Honda Civic EX from a person who had a Texas license plate on there. We are going to the dealer, so he pay the dealer off when i pay him, that in turn will allow the dealer to put the car in his name and then he will sign it off to me.

This person has had a California License plate, which he showed me, but he had been in Texas for a year and has not changed the plates when he came back.

Can someone give me step by step directions on what to do next with the DMV.

I would appreciate it, this is my first car. So i need your help

Thanks
