That person will owe the state alot of money. That person will lose their license for quite awhile-if they had one to start with. That person will have to attend alcohol classes usually thru the probation dept.,and also possibly AA classes too. That person could face jail time depending on how close the DUII'S are together. That person will have to get and keep car insurance when eligible to get their license back-if they had one to start with, and file an SR-22 form showing proof of insurance for five years. I HAVE NO SYMPATHY FOR ANY DRUNK DRIVER. IF THEY ARE STUPID ENOUGH TO DRINK AND DRIVE- THEN THEY NEED TO FACE THE CONSEQUENCES. THEY ARE PUTTING EVERYBODY AT RISK WHEN THEY DO THAT,AND COULD SERIOUSLY HURT OR KILL SOMEONE. DO THE CRIME-DO THE TIME. IM NOT TRYING TO BE A SMART ALEC- THIS IS JUST THE TRUTH-AND WE ALL KNOW IT.....

Hopefully they'll revoke your drivers license, crush your car and cement the door closed on your cell. Only an @ss drinks and drives and only an @ss with no social conscience would do it more than once. Add inconsiderate socio-pathic alcoholic when there's a third occurence.
