The mechanic likened the car to a "garden hose" and said when one thing breaks down - the rest follows. Also mentioned time consuming to replace parts - and needs to be through dealer mostly. I'm wondering if owners have had similar experience or - if they are satisfied, if they can recommend a good dealer/qualified mechanic in the area? Any feedback appreciated!

The dial on the truck has a setting for A/C and Max A/C. I turned on the normal A/C and hot air was blowing out, when I put it on Max cold air came out as it should. Any ideas why the normal A/C is blowing out hot air?? It worked fine last summer. Thanks.

Hubby won't let me learn to drive his stupid Porsche because I haven't driven a standard very much and hes afraid I will tear up the clutch. Says they are easy to break. He's getting rid of the car soon anyways so I don't see a problem, just wish he'd have a little faith in me. If they break so easily, then what's the point in owning one and just get a regular automatic?

I have the above car. Its a V6. As you all know, not the fastest car on the block. I want to make it a little faster. Mainly focusing on acceleration and sound. Not that much on top speed. I only have about 400 to spend, and i know i can not get anything that will drastically improve speed, so dont write that. Also if i had to choose one or the other, which would be better, headers or exhaust? Who's the best brand for headers? for exhaust?
