I gather u mean an electric retractable aerial?
If so then easy option is Supercheap, want to pay a little more go to a VW dealer, want to get good service and pay something in the mid range go to a VW related parts supplier.. Their usually enthuasiasts like many of us VW owners and wont take u for a ride..
Want someone else to do all the work take it to an Auto Electrician..

I don't know about folding.. but I would instead suggest a rubberized one.. (we used to call them 'rubber duckys'. They are about 12" to 15" in length and pull in a pretty good signal in the USA.

It can't break and you can put a car cover over it as it lays down.

Hope that helped a bit...

Try the local recycling or wrecking yards, or a VW dealer if one is handy.
