It's called a headliner and you have several choices. If you don't care about the car just get a razor blade cut the cloth off and toss it. Or you could go to your local j-yard and find another one. Or you could fix the one in your car now if it's not torn (no point if it's torn) with a kit from this site.

Its called a hear liner. You can do it yourself or you can get it done. If you do it yourself go to a local fabric store, find a fabric you like and are comfotable with and purchase a can of 3M (adhesive spray) and then spray the roof and press the head liner on, after that tuck the sides into the cracks of the car with a screwdriver.

If you are going to get it done professionally they are going to charge you for the fabric and for labor.

Its your choice.

Best of Luck.

it's called a HEADLINER. It's pretty simple to fix. pull it out and use some 3M 90 spray adhesive to glue the fabric back on to the headliner board. any interior shop can do it for roughly $200 bucks.

Headliner, yes. Try calling a local dealer to see how much they will charge to replace it. You don't want a sloppy headliner job. I think it would be worth paying a little more at a dealer.
