My wife is Japanese and she doesn't care for my 911. Japanese women are generally pretty practical, and Porsches are highly impractical cars: useless back seats, not very comfortable, not very "luxurious" for the price (they are performance-oriented, not comfort-oriented), too fast for my own good, and they cost a lot to own and a lot to service, and they require a lot more service than, say, a '93 Bonneville that costs 1/40th the price and generally just needs an oil change now and then. And they get into their owners' brain and cause him to say things like, "I don't want to drive the Porsche today because it's raining." Nothing will piss off a Japanese wife like a really expensive, high maintenance car that you leave in the garage except in perfect weather.

Anyway, your question reminds me of those scenes from Better Off Dead, where the two Asian guys in the station wagon learned English from Howard Cosell broadcasts and always race John Cusack.

First off, Porsches arent muscle cars. Muscle cars are large motored, inexpensive, ill handling american cars. Porsches are none of those.

And i know many many asian people who own porsches.
