OK, i have a question that might sound stupid, but i still want to ask it anyway

i have a 2003 honda civic manual, and i have RPM question-
my redline is 6800, sooo what is the worst that can happen to the car if i will get it to high RPM's like 6000, and i mean, will i break the car, ENGINE???? transmission, and as for how much i will be taking it that high, and umm maybe like twice/week.

(i always get mixed answers when i ask this question to people)

How do you become a top contributor. I am up to 11% "best answer" yet I'm not considered "top contributor". Yet I see others with 11% considerd "top contributor". I see other with less total points become top contributor. What gives?

Note: I am up to level 4.

Thanks.

Does anyone own or have a chevy car? I'm asking because I am looking to get my first car. And I'm interested in a Cavalier or the Aveo (Hatchback). I was always told that they weren't good cars, do you all have any problems out of them. How would you rate the car as being a first car for someone? My third choice is a Toyota Corolla.

I don't know how to tell if the diff is a "sure-Grip" or not, if the friction modifier won't harm either way - I'd just use it!

well this is my 2nd question, same subject.. its about the fan noise again but I asked a few friends, and they said, that the fan is a belt driven fan, and that it is suppose to sound like that, which I dont believe because its such a Roar in the engine, sounds like im just reving it up, he said i'd have to replace it with an electric fan? anything to get rid of that horrid noise, any ideas?

My 1988 Electra T-Type came with the auto leveling rear air shocks. Always worked great. However, we noticed that after a tire dealer lifted the car to rotate tires, the rear shocks went to maximum height, and did not reset to normal ride. I've heard there is some way to reset the auto-level to normal ride height, but I don't know how. This is a really cherry 88 Buick with all red leather and great features. I want to keep it all original.
