I have a 2006, the new Sonatas are highly rated as far as dependability, they are not like the old Hyundais that broke down frequently, mine has a sunroof and the stereo is awsome, the car is made in Alabama and I think the fit and finish is very good. I traded my camry in on it and am glad I did.

we owned a 2003 sonata-the transmission was replaced under warranty when it had less than 4,000 miles-a defect. traded it on an 05 hyundai elantra gt with manual transmission. I still love the hyundai would get another sonata if they had it with 6 speed manual transmission
