My dad bought a Ford Expedition about 3 months ago
in the contract it said that we was gonna received 20in rims and tires with the truck but since that time we havent gotten nothing not even the license plates we keep on callin and they just say 2 call in two days, that they will have it next week, we keep onm going 2 the dealer just for nothing!!! so what can i do??? the truck did not pass the smog check because in the truck its says that the engine needs 2 b check i have allready taken the truck and they keep on telling me 2 bring it next week so what can i do about that???

Also, Is it better to buy a brand new car or a used car? I heard if you buy a brand new car, drive it off the dealership lot and it depreciates quite a bit. I would rather buy than lease though. What do you guys think? Thank you so much for any help!

My car was totalled in a car accident about a week ago, so I need to buy a new one. Between the money I got from insurance and money I have saved up I have about 7500 to spend on a car. I'd like something pretty small, and fuel efficient if possible. I don't really know anything about cars so I'd really appreciate your suggestions.

I found a really cute 1995 Mazda Miata and I'm trying to decide whether or not to buy it.
1. It has 79,000 miles on it
2. It's $4,500
3. No warranty (it's from a dealer though)
4. The seats, steering wheel, seatbelts, and dash board are a little worn (but I can probably fix this right?)

* Also, are these cars reliable?

I have a beautiful 1992 lincoln continental with 160k miles(body and leather interior is mint condition) everything works. Except the engine knocks and the electrical system is draining the battery. I cant sell it! have it for sale at $800. I put "best offer" and my phone number on windshield. Its been sitting at a Firestone for 3 months now. I've received about 100 phone calls asking about my car. All I get are tire kickers and flakes. When I am honest and tell them the engine knocks people run! I bought the car when the engine knocked and it didnt scare me. I had no problems with it. I drove it for a year with no problems. I finally bought another car so I dont need it anymore.

So how do I sell my car fast? Should I write "engine knocks" on the window? However, I may not get any calls. Or should I lower price? How would you guys advertise my car and for what price? I need to get this thing sold. Im moving out of state next month. Your honest opinion would be grateful.

Hi, my situation is that last august i bought a car for $5,000, i financed with state farm for 3,100 and right now my payments are about $1800 left

My budget has tightned and I would like to get rid of the car and get a cheaper car for around the price of $2000.

I have never done this before and i do not know how it is done and what should be done. is it going to be a big hassle and headache?

I've placed an order for a new mondeo and paid a small deposit (£200). I'm not due to take delivery of the vehicle for another 2 weeks but I think I've changed my mind. Is it possible to back out of the purchase? I'm not bothered about losing my deposit.

It is a 2001 Dodge Intrepid, I paid $5000 for it just last year. It has a rod knocking in the engine and it has a ding on the passenger door worth $1200. I want to sell the most I can get out of it. 2003 toyota echo. 4dr sedan. black with grey interior. 48,500mi. bought certified used 2yrs ago. 6" dent above back wheel. gets 40mpg on the highway. no special features unless you count the air conditioning. its a very modest commuter, compact car.

I'm looking to just sell it to the dealership (not trade in).

KBB value: $6,460 trade in price (at current condition)
NADA value: $7250 trade in price (I'm guessing at "good" condition")

Need to sell in 24hrs which is why I am doing it at the dealership. How much should i expect to get ripped off? What should be the bottom dollar I should expect? $6000? 6500? 7000?

On July 7,2007 I sold a 92 Toyota Corolla for $900.00 The was in great runing conditions but the body needed some work. I told the buyer and gave the buyer receipst to all the labor and parts that was done to the car throught the 6 yrs that I owned the car. On August 2,2007 at 9:45pm the buyer calls me and tells me that the motor blu up and that he wanted $400.00 back or he will be taking me to small claims courts.

I bought a 2002 Nissan Altima and I financed it. It cost $8495 and I paid $1500 down on it and they added insurance to it for $2000. When I get finished paying all the notes I will be done paid $17000. I believe they made a mistake.
