whats better for the buck, the tiburon is 17,000 the civic is 18,000

The Civic will hold up better and it will resell for more. The best deal is for 18,000 purchasing the Civic.

If you plan on keeping the car for more then a few years I'd go with the Tiburon, plus there's more room to negotiate on the Tiburon especially during the year end closeout. You can probably get the GT V6 for about $17K right now. So, the Tib would be faster, but nobody beats Honda's gas mileage. You can't go wrong with either car for drive and quality, have you test driven both to have a preference? Its definitely a hard choice, so to me the main issue is if you plan to trade it in 2 years from now you go with the Honda otherwise I'd rather not drive the same car as every kid on my block.

yea dude go wit da civic u wont be disappointed , i no da tiburon looks hot but da car is made of cheap parts... and u should pay no more than 14,000 . for dat hyundai dont get sucked it only cost like 5000. US to be made..i no my uncle owns an import car sales...truss me honda all da way

I'd buy the Civic...it has a better resale value.

in one year the tiburon will be sellin for 7,000
the civic will be sellin for 15,000
