I have 2005 kia and in 2 weeks it has been in the shop. 5 times in the past year for the same thing and I have told theme all about other things that they say is not there or will not do it whan they have it, or they will fix it than some thing else will go wrong.
this will be the 3ed time they have had to fix the shifter ,and i got it back to day and it is hard to get in to i Drive than back to partk. and other things what can I do .. I know i got a kia I don't need to hear about that I need help on what to do so I can get a nice car that will run for a long time.and be a nice car for my son and be safe for are family HELP ME PLESE some law help would be great

My parents are buying me a new car, and I'm having a hard time deciding which one I want. I want something rather roomy on the inside, with good gas mileage, 4 doors, a smooth ride, a sunroof, preferrably a v6 engine but I know that's a long shot....

Anyway. I've narrowed it down to a few choices:

Honda Civic
Maza6
Nissan Maxima
Toyota Camry

So, my question is, out of these 4, which do you think would be the best and smartest car to buy? And if you have any other suggestions on cars that meet the criteria I mentioned above, please feel free to include that in your answer, as well.

We're kind of on a tight budget, and the difference is about $5,000. Both brand new. We're leaning towards the Sebring, just 'cause it's cheaper, but ideally, we'd like the Matrix.

When I go to eBay motors, I'm amazed at the deals I find. However, I have been hosed too many times in person to consider buying a car sight unseen. I'm wondering if there is some sort of company that I could pay, say, $100 to go look at a car that I want to buy, without me having to drive 800 miles to look at a car that has been driven into the ground but looks great in pictures. Is there anything remotely like this, or any ideas on how to combat this problem other than the obvious carfax.

i am looking for a car that has over 200 horsepower, looks good, i can make faster, awd is cool.. but not needed. also needs to be a 4 door or a 2 door that has back seats people can actually fit in (i have a 3000gt and the back seats are basically useless) hit me up with suggestions!!

I'm talking about the total price of the car, cause I heard that sometimes there are catches for that so advertized "0% APR" and the buyer can't negotiate the total price down with that interest. The credit union is offering me 7% APR for a new car because of my good credit score. please only serious answers.

I've read that when you want to buy a car you should ask for a carfax report, you should have your mechanic to check it out.

well, how do you ask? do you just say "can i see the carfax report for this car?"

and how would you be able take the car to your mechanic? the dealer lets you do that? how do you go about asking this?

I bought the car a few months ago to learn to drive with and want to buy a newer car. Its a 1991 Honda Accord, EXI, 2 door, dark blue, sunroof, power doors, power windows, AC, cruise, new brakes and new spedometer (I paid for these), clean inside, paint peeling on the roof and small rust around the tire wells, Automatic. Bought an 05 Maserati Gransport online, flew to pick up the car and found 1000 more miles then advertised (8000/9000). Dealer refused to budge on price since I was trapped in their office with no transportation. They claimed innocent mistake, but I feel otherwise. this is is South Carolina. The buyer claims the DMV said there was no lien and she is refusing to pay for it so I repossed it. Now she keeps trying to take it away from the person who is wanting to buy it. I want to know if there was something else I should have done besides listing myself as the lienholder on the title.

hey, I just turned 18 not to long ago and i want to buy a car thats 10k. I have a pretty good job and im pretty sure i can pay the monthly payments per month but i was wondering if theres ANYWAY i can get this car without a co-signer. I don't know my credit score but im pretty sure it can't be bad because i don't have any bills besides insurance. Me & the other half brought a car from a garage about 2 weeks ago, the guy said he'd put it through it's m.o.t,and we were given a m.o.t certificate. however, we've since put it in to a trusted mechanic and he's told us that there is no way the car should have passed it's m.o.t with the state the brakes were in along with other things and we were lucky it hadn't done us some serious damage! i'm fuming! what can i do?

Hello, I found a car at Craigslist.com. I have talked to the person selling the car and they have lowered the price from 4800 to 4100. This car is in mint condition and it is hard to believe that they would sell it for this much. My family is sure that it is a scam but I wanted to get another opinion.
