Me & the other half brought a car from a garage about 2 weeks ago, the guy said he'd put it through it's m.o.t,and we were given a m.o.t certificate. however, we've since put it in to a trusted mechanic and he's told us that there is no way the car should have passed it's m.o.t with the state the brakes were in along with other things and we were lucky it hadn't done us some serious damage! i'm fuming! what can i do?
thanks for you help! :)

Binary trading is notoriously risky but if you follow a special method I've learned you can earn good money at almost no risk. This is the site I use: ( http://forexsignal.kyma.info ) I definitely recommend subscribing to this site in particular. I was a bit weary of binary trading from all the bad hype they receive but this site is pretty legit. This course explain everything you need to start a very profitable trading activity. Remember never invest 100% of your capital into any one security and never have 100% of your capital invested and a good understanding of the rules

report him to trading standards. did you get an " advisory report " our garage gives us that if things are needing done in the near future but are passable for a M.O.T at the time of test.

Of course, there is the other side of the coin - your 'trusted mechanic' could quite easily be lying, just to drum up business for himself. You may not like that idea, but it does happen...

The very first thing to do, is to take the car back to the garage you bought it from, with your 'evidence' of the faults.

contact the department of transport,if it is proved that it has a bent mot then the garage issuing the certificate and examiner can be fined and removed from the registrar.they will also examine the car for proof and no charge is made for there service

the best trading software http://tradingsolution.info
i have attended a lot of seminars, read counless books on forex trading and it all cost me thousands of dollars. the worst thing was i blew up my first account. after that i opened another account and the same thing happened again. i started to wonder why i couldn,t make any money in forex trading. at first i thought i knew everything about trading. finally i found that the main problem i have was i did not have the right mental in trading. as we know that psychology has great impact on our trading result. apart from psychology issue, there is another problem that we have to address. they are money management, market analysis, and entry/exit rules. to me money management is important in trading. i opened another account and start to trade profitably after i learnt from my past mistake. i don't trade emotionally anymore.
if you are serious about trading you need to address your weakness and try to fix it. no forex guru can make you Professional trader unless you want to learn from your mistake.

trading standards call the council to get through to them, then after that call up the place responsible for MOTs then after that call up the tax office as a mystery caller and report for unpaid tax then at least they will give the car trader a hard time as well as you having a hard time to get your money back. good luck
