I need to sell my car, but i dont wanna sell it on my own. Will I be able to get more from carmax or other small car dealers?

I have a 5 year lease with my toyota camery. Im 2 1/2 years in the lease... Im over my mileage. Should I buy the car now or break the lease for a less expensive car?

I bought a used car about 4 months ago. I have had little cosmetic thing wrong but recently I have had to have the driver side window fixed and now there is a water leak that is not covered on my warranty. Can I take it back?

Lots and lots of things - need someone EXPERIENCED who knows to please answer this question for me!

How do I pay for the car? Wire transfer? Money order?
How does title transferring work? What do I have to do?
Where do I go to register my car? Or pay tax on it?
I know I have to get it inspected after I get it. What do I ask for? An inspection?
What else do I need to do?

I have so many more questions but I can't think of them all.
I need someone to please walk me through the entire process, every little detail. This is my first car buying experience and I am so nervous.

I have a Dodge Durango now. I hate it. It is so bad on gas. I want a suv with a third row (I have 3 kids that can't get along all in one row). I don't want a mini van and I don't want something huge that is just as bad on gas as what I have now. I am kind of leaning towards a Nissan Pathfinder. Anyone have any good or bad advice?

Hi, my brother is actually the one who bought a 91 Camaro off Ebay last week. The listing stated that everything with the engine and transmission were in perfect working order. We live in NY and the dealer was in PA. He drove down to pick it up and before even leaving the state noticed that the car was stalling and had to change the alternator to be able to make it home. After getting it home he found many more problems wrong and now the seller isn't being cooperative at all. What are his option at this point? He clearly bought a dud but was completely led to believe that everything was fine with this car. I know NYS has a lemon law but it doesn't apply to cars bought in another state, is there a used car lemon law for cars purchased bye a PA dealer? Any help would be appreciated :)

my father co signed on my car loan and i make the payments. I am not sure if both are names are on the title. My coworker said that i may not be building credit because the car could be in his name. But i checked my credit and the car loan shows up, so does this mean i am def building credit?

I currently have a car but used a bank loan to pay for it which means that the car is not under my name but the bank still owns the car for now i guess. Even though I have not paid the loan off I want to get a new car and get rid of this one. I still have one year to pay it off. Is there any way possible that I could work this out? What can I do? What options do I have?
Is it better if I just wait until the loan is finally paid off?

I purchased a used 2000 Plymoth Neon "As Is". On the driver side steering wheel and the passenger side dash indicate that my car has air bags. Later someone noticed that the sensor that runs the air bags was not there and the wire connector for it is masked with black tape. After this I had the steering wheel checked to see if there was an air bag and after removing cover discovered it had already been deployed. Is the LEGAL? I don't see how someone can sell a car leading another to bleieve there is a life saving device such as the air bag incase of a strong frontal impact when this is not true. A dealer may not say that an air bag is included, but the printing of the letters on the steering wheel and passenger side dash indicate that the bags are there. DO I HAVE ANY RIGHTS? I was misled about. Can I go back to dealer and either get the air bags replaced or a different car of similar value? Where can I find other info on rihgts of those who buy from used car dealers

I bought a Renault Clio last August 06 for £2500 since i dont have any debt and no credit rating i had to take high finance (37.5%) im now paying £146.65 a month for 36 months and i still over 3000 to pay, I would like to hand this car back to finance company as i no longer wish to pay that ammount of money and i dont like the car. i need help here.
ok so i bought this car about 3 months ago with loan. and now i realize i can't afford it anymore, -i'm in college- ( i pay about $500/mo including the insurance). i've asked here and there and they said that i had to continue my payments if i didn't want to get bad credit. or if i wanted to return the car i still had to pay the reminding balance and i lost the car. how do i get out from this? i don't wanna be in this debt anymore and if i can sell this car i want to buy a new cheap car cash not with loan anymore. help please. thank you

The truck is mint with about 11,800 miles and is leased. The leasee is moving out of the country and needs to have someone assume it. It is the Ultimate upgraded model with just about every option: moonroof, power liftgate and 3rd row seats, navigation, 10 way power seats, wood and satin accents, heated/cooled seats, chrome exhaust, premium appearance package, entertainment package (rear DVD uprgraded CDx6), power deployed running boards, reverse sensing and you name it.
He wants me to assume payment (including tax) of $592.00 for 28 months and asked for 2500 down as he says he put down 10,000. Has free maintenance and roadside for the entire lease...It looks so good...but got worried when I saw the 2500 down. Can a dealer or someone familiar please assist?
