I have a Dodge Durango now. I hate it. It is so bad on gas. I want a suv with a third row (I have 3 kids that can't get along all in one row). I don't want a mini van and I don't want something huge that is just as bad on gas as what I have now. I am kind of leaning towards a Nissan Pathfinder. Anyone have any good or bad advice?

i would look at the freestar by ford, and or the explorer, or the Chevy equinox and the trailblazer, better rebates on them, than Nissan. Nissan is all about lease and unless you can write it off and keep the vehicle immaculate they just are not worth it. you have kids like me and the will mess up the car. and ford and gm have low finance rates and better buying power than Nissan.

I have owned a 2004 Toyota Rav4 in the past and was very pleased with it. That year Toyota didn' put a third row in the Rav, but now a third row seat is an option. Check 'em out. I think you'll find that the workmanship and quality far surpasses anything Nisson has to offer in this class. Good luck!

A pathfinder doesn't get stellar gas mileage. Teach your kids to get along and get yourself a car.
