What is a GOOD price to pay for a 2002 Cadillac DeVille? It has about 86,000 miles and is in great condition. Caddy/GM haters need not reply! Thanks!

Allowing for the high mileage on a 5 year old car, if there are no problems, a 2002 DeVille model in great condition should bring $15,000 wholesale and possibly $18,000 retail. (Est). Asking price seldom is the same as actual sale price. The Kelly Blue Book doesn't list a DeVille for the 2002 model year. I would want to see verification of the STS model availability for the year 2002.

Check the Cadillac NADA book price on line. You'll need to determine it's value. NADA gives three prices according to condition.

Go to www.edmunds.com and use their "True Market Value" option to give you a good idea what the car is worth.

Supply them with vehicle condition, options and your zip code.....

I highly recommend this site.

Good Luck,

Dave
