a bus company called me in. the interview lasted almost an hour. three guys asked me all kinds of questions pertaining to buses. im currently a student at ranken tech but they teach gasoline engines. the employeers showed me the uniformes, asked me if i was familiar with computers( of course), show me how to access the computer to log in jobs on the bus, told me i would be an apprentice at the company, stated how much i would make, shared shop safte tips, asked me if i had current CDL license ( of course). there was so much info i forgot some due to the past three weeks. im still wondering?

I'm just curious, I know paint companies make colors and sell to multiple car companies. But I want to know who made the paint on my Firebird. I would also like to know the color, but the people at my local GM dealer cant (wont?) tell me.

A Toyota Sequoia getting 4 on reliability but a 2005 Jeep GC getting 1? I had the exact opposite. Everyone I know says that they have a car that CR called a best value or recommended have had it more in the shop than on the road. They seem especially biased towards German cars, and I know that a BMW 745i or Benz S500 is better than a Kia....

It is an automatic with a super sport feature, the works, etc. The gear shifter keeps locking up, and there is a key hole for your key, which unlocks it and lets you put it into neutral, etc... Where can I find the safety feature wire that I can bypass by unplugging, and replacing the empty sockets with wires? Once again where is the gear shifter safety feature that prevents the car from going anywhere while your in Park or Neutral located at? Please help this gal out. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

What's it mean when the insides of both front tires is worn so low that the metal is showing through. The outside tread is ok though on both tires.

Also is it possible that when i drive the car i get some kind of pull when the car changes speed at 25,30 or 35(usually low speeds) that this is the result of gear change(automatic transmission).but can it be like the car was manual first and then changed to automatic or maybe engine shows the gear change even though its automatic?
i also passed my nj state inspection today without any problems,so what r the things that i should feel free for my car now.i know my car makes brake noise but then it passed insp in 5 min so i dont know if its a big concern anymore!thanks!!

I just went to change my girl's blades and I've done them on most cars...but I haven't seen this type in real life or on the internet...
It looks like a 5 or 6 pin metal star...No hooks or flaps or anything that looks familiar...
I've already bought a new set...that was supposed to fit...but it looks nothing like the old ones...
Thanks for any answers...

My friend has said truck and we broke down on the highway. A clear hose, about the size of a quater in diameter, 4 mm thick or so, busted near the front chassis where it meets the differential. We blew out $40 worth of oil in five miles or so. We were also pulling a 20ft trailer. One mechanic suggested it was an oil cooling line (but the line is not re-enforced?). What is this hose and how can we replace it without forking over money to the Dodge dealership?

Thanks to all.
