I prefer Meineke for my exhaust repairs. Most shops will give you a free estimate so you can shop around.

Make sure you ask for aluminized pipes and mufflers as they still sell the cheaper exhaust systems (cold rolled bare steel)but they might last only two years and rust through and fall apart.

A decent aluminized system, from the catalytic convertor back, will run you around $230 at Meineke for a single pipe (2 1/2" pipe) and heavy duty truck muffler. The muffler has a lifetime warranty, too.
