Is it the apron? Is it the whole cemented area of an aerodrome? Do people even use this word anymore? I know I've heard it in the past, but I spend a lot of time at airports, and never hear it.

I could not find a category for Motorcycling. I think this is a very interesting topic. I'm a woman who likes to ride & have been a co-rider & it would be nice to communicate with people who have the same interest. Anyone out there who would like to communicate on this level?
Sincere people only..Thanks

My 2006 Honda Civic is making a grinding noise whenever I turn right relatively sharply and at no other time. It is coming from the front, passenger side wheel. Any ideas on what it could be?

I live in Missouri and the mobile home's VIN plate has been completely removed by a prior owner. I have the VIN number but there's no plate. I would like to apply for a lost title but the Highway Patrol needs the plate to read the VIN number to accomplish this task. Thank you very much. I don't know where to go to order a new VIN plate.

I went to start my truck and got the click. my battery was fine and so i bumped my truck and got it home. went out and bought a new starter and replaced it.

the only thing i ran into while replacing was they wanted me to cut my exsisting ingition wire and crimp fit it into the wire that was provided and attached. so i tried but ended up having to twist the wire toegther. I started the truck and it ran fine for a good 20min.

I shut the truck off and when to start it again just to make sure and it wouldnt start just got the click. checked my tie and connection to the starter and it all looked good so im stumped... any help please!?

Thanks

I let my friend barrow my car, and she let an uninsured diver drive it. The uninsured driver crashed my car. She gave the police my insurance information.

What's going to happen? Will my rates go up? Who will pay for the damages on my car and the other car?

Not to long ago I had a small accident on my Dodge Neon. I was going about 50 miles per hour on the road and fell asleep. I know it was stupid of me to do that. I woke up when I hit the side on the opposite side of the road. I was actually thrown up onto the sidewalk. I hurry veered back into my lane. When I got home I looked around for the damage. I had brutally hit the hub caps. One of the 5 bolts were missing that were to hold the wheel. On the side of the tire, I ripped some rubber off. Also when I was driving the wheel was wobble back and forth pretty fast, and a clicking sound was going on. Does anyone know what's wrong with it, and how I can fix it if it's fixable. Please, anyone, I really need the answer desperately.!!!!

Never had this happen before. 1989 Chevy truck, with a 700R4 tranny. When you first start it up, It'll go into gear, but makes a terrible chattering noise, then after a minute or so, nothing. No gears at all! Fluid is full. I have another tranny to put in it, but I was wondering if anybody might know, what the hell went outta mine, and If it's worth rebuilding?

I have alloy wheels and I can't get one to come clean. There was break dust on the wheel when the sprinklers got them wet. Of course it happened in the middle of summer in 120 degree heat. Now I have black water spots on the wheel that will not come off. I thought carb cleaner might work but I don't know if carb cleaner is safe for alloy.
I tried s.s. cleaner which did nothing. If I can't use carb cleaner whatelse can I use that is safe for alloy?

What is safe to use on paint with hard water spots? I have tried all the products that says it will remove water spots they don't work. I have also tried scratch removers and swirl removers which did not work. I have tried those decontaminating waxes to no avail. I have not tried those clay waxes not sure if I should. Any suggestions?

How about this - a fortnight ago my husband was coming off a roundabout in our picasso and a solicitor lady went into the side of him and spun his around and now contesting the claim - we are due to get our car back next week.
In the meantime he bought a G reg bmw in the auctions, got it mot'd and repaired and insured to keep us going while we wait for the picasso then we would sell the beemer.
Today at another roundabout someone hesitated in front and my hubby braked too late and skidded into the back , that car propelled forward into a 4x4 so it had damage front and back. Our car was ok. Might be half our fault and half not.We swapped details and stuff. Can ayone warn me what might happen to our insurance? We have both driven accident free for 7 yrs previous to this ad had protected no claims. Thanks. All I can think of is the pound signs building up!!!

It's a 78 firebird I revved it up while it was parked to about 6000 rpms than it stalled. Now it won't start I've let it sit there for about 20 minutes I wonder if I just flooded it, or something more serious.
