i want to modify my exhaust pipes on my bike, can i use a 2 in. bender to bend 1 3/4 pipe?

i want to make upsweeps for my sportster and my friend has a 2 inch pipe bender

Pipe will flatten as sides are no supported.
you could probably get some 0.125" wall tube, bend it, slice open and use as a support

You can try it. It might wrinkle a little in the inside of the bend. Another thing you could do is hot bend it. I'll tell you how if you want.
